You can put formulas into your postings as in the following example: Code:$$x=\frac{-b\pm\sqrt{b^2-4ac}}{2a}$$ yields $x=\frac{-b\pm\sqrt{b^2-4ac}}{2a}$ For a list of the LaTeX possibilities, see the mimetex tutorial. Note however that mimetex does not support all LaTeX commands. RE: LaTeX support - edgar - 08/09/2007 Unlike some other forum I remember, you even see your TeX in the preview. $\int_0^\infty e^{-x^2}\,dx$ So you can fix your mistakes before actually posting it. RE: Can't use mathfrak style - MphLee - 05/26/2013 There is a way to use the mathfrak style in the forum? for example here I write "\mathscr S=\mathfrak S" and the result is the same $\mathscr S=\mathfrak S$ RE: Equation Mode / LaTeX support - tommy1729 - 01/19/2021 Tex sometimes gives problems. those are often related to added spaces ( pressing space or enter ) within or around the tex message. On smartphones this issue rarely occurs but on laptops and desktops this can make the tex invisible or added "??". Well my experience lately. So I thought I should share it. regards tommy1729 RE: Equation Mode / LaTeX support - JmsNxn - 01/19/2021 (01/19/2021, 12:05 AM)tommy1729 Wrote: Tex sometimes gives problems. those are often related to added spaces ( pressing space or enter ) within or around the tex message.
