If you try to register it says "Sorry, but you cannot register at this time because the administrator has disabled new account registrations.". Why did they disable new new account registration?

Originally there was a text of how to apply manually. Thanks for the report, I will have a look in the coming week!

The original registration message is now restored (was overwritten during an update).
