Breathtaking beautiful 3-d fractals
#1
Hi,

just came across the page 3-d mandelbrot-fractals
It takes my breath to see these beautifully rendered 3-d fractals.
How did he do this? What would look 3-D-tetrational fractals like?

<phew!>

beautiful? breathtaking? It looks like carrion to me! wah!

But indeed interesting techique, though I am not yet sure how it is mapped to 3d.

EDIT: Ok, the later one remind rather of fossils from the sea.
