Any ideas where to submit?

American Mathematical Monthly? Or something similar.

Quote:in fact i believe the extention of Sophomore's dream is more important and relevant to tetration than x^x is !!

Can you explain why?

Also, if anyone's interested, I found some papers:

Does anyone know where I can find "Solving for the Analytic Piecewise Extension of Tetration and the Superlogarithm" by Robbins? The version stored on itgo.com doesn't seem to work for me.

Hello !
Through the next link, two papers related with the x^x function and its integral (not high level maths. For general public) :
"Sophomore's Dream Function".
"Zéro puissance zéro" (for French readers)

Hi - thanks for the link. I just wanted to read "sophomores dream" - but unfortunately your webhoster( scribd) does a big line at the bottom of the page which is irregularly opening and closing so I couldn't concentrate after two pages (still my nerves are vibrating...:-( ). Please upload it here to the forum, for instance as a pdf-file. It has a nice intro and I would like to go more into it.
(you can do it for instance as an attachment with a new msg)

Regards-

Gottfried

Very nice! I love this explorative approach. It must have been much, perhaps exhaustingly, work, I assume, to invent and test all those identities?

Thanks for loading it up - Smile
