How to refer to another article?

In my posts I'd like to refer to other articles of this forum symbolically. Is this possible? (URL's for articles are not available)

What do you mean by

The URL is usually displayed in a field above the current page.
Otherwise you can get the url by right-clicking on the link that leads to the corresponding article or thread and choose "copy link address" or something similar.

Notice also that if you view a thread the articles have in their right upper corner a link that is named #1, #2, etc. You can use this link for specifically addressing an article instead of a whole thread.
